Happy 4th of July, everyone! I regret to say we are going to have to cancel tomorrow’s appointments, as well. Sunday. I feel just terrible about this, but the cooler than normal weather is just not giving the blueberry bushes what they need to ripen up enough berries to make it worth your while to come out. I hope by Tuesday we will see more blue out there. 🥹🤦🏻‍♀️

Some of you sweet folks have asked about pre-picked berries. While we do sometimes offer them, it’s not a regular thing. It’s usually something we do when we have a huge ripening surge and they aren’t getting picked fast enough to keep them from dropping. And we usually charge $8 lb for them because that’s a lot of effort. 😊 Right now, though, we do not have extras needing picking. If you didn’t get an appointment in these first couple of weeks, don’t despair. There should be new ones opening every day for two weeks out. Also, you can (and probably should) cancel your own appointments via the text or email, if you need to. We ask that you cancel 24 hours ahead of time whenever possible to allow others a chance to get in.
